Our 2024 summer camp will once again take place in the fantastic grounds and facilities that Tonbridge School offers from Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August, 2024. Scroll down to read more about young athletes can expect at the camp or to book now!

 

We offer running camps to young athletes aged between 12 & 17. Our running camps encourage young athletes to improve their performance, gain valuable experience and to embrace a long term healthy lifestyle.

Our mission... is to deliver great experiences, whilst helping young runners to develop self-confidence and physical skills in a social and fun environment.

Our Young Athlete Camps offer an action packed and fun agenda;

  • A five day residential experience

  • Welcome pack

  • Expert coaching led by experienced UKA coaches / coaches currently working on the England Youth Talent Program

  • Group runs and structured training sessions

  • Strength & conditioning / injury prevention day led by a chartered physiotherapist

  • Nutritional guidance led by an expert in sports and nutrition (MSc from Loughborough University)

  • Recovery strategies

  • Training / life balance

  • Mental wellbeing

  • End of camp team cross country relay race

  • Social activities with team games & more!
